The 2016 Apex Outback Postie Bike Ride will run from Thursday 25th of August to Sunday 28th of August when around 100 keen riders will travel over 1,000 km in 4 days on their Honda CT110 Postie Bike's through the picturesque Flinders Ranges & Outback South Australia over some of the toughest & most challenging off road terrain South Australia has to offer. The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for the Childhood Cancer Association.

Each year, more than 60 children in South Australia will be diagnosed with cancer, and an average of 12 will relapse. More than a third of these children will come from Country South Australia. The Childhood Cancer Association is South Australia's key organisation, dedicated to providing emotional, practical and financial support to families in need. Proceeds from the 2016 Apex Outback Postie Bike Ride will be donated to the Childhood Cancer Association to provide ongoing free accommodation to country families at the Michael Rice Units in Prospect Adelaide.

Riders are required to raise a minimum of $500 for the chosen charity to participate in the ride.

The impact of cancer on children and their families is incredible. It affects the child, their family, friends & the whole community. Help us to support these country children & their families in their greatest time of need. Donations can be made to the event or against the tally of individual riders.
